Safety has been and will continue to be our #1 priority. We are dedicated to the safety of our employees, the public, and the environment. We employ a full-time safety director and adhere to a written safety plan that addresses all the safety concerns of our company.

Rock Solutions has been awarded a Safety Merit Award with the Kentucky Association of Highway Contractors (KAHC) and an annual safety award with the Tennessee Road Builders Association (TRBA) each year since 2015. In addition to these awards, ALL Rock Solutions employees have their OSHA 10 certification and their OSHA 30 certification.

Rock Solutions participates each year in “Safety Stand Down” week, in which we instruct our employees on the importance and commitment to safety. At the end of 2023, Rock Solutions has worked 194,657 hours and 1,521 days with no injury.

Rock Solutions employees multiple team members that are approved and certified to conduct annual required continuing education. We pride ourselves in the experience that both our blasters and drillers possess and strive to pass that knowledge to the youth in the industry.
